Hiring Help Still Takes Your Time.
You explain the offer, share examples, review drafts, and follow up. Paying someone doesn’t remove all the work from your plate.

You sit down to record, and you’re already thinking about the work that comes next. Someone has to write the posts, edit the footage, add captions, and get it all published. Meanwhile, you have clients to serve and a business to run.
Most founders I talk to are paying $1,000–$2,000 a month for just one content role.

You explain the offer, share examples, review drafts, and follow up. Paying someone doesn’t remove all the work from your plate.
You find a replacement and teach them your voice, your style, and your process. You’ve already paid to figure this out once.
AI can help, but you still have to give it context and fix what sounds wrong. Then you need to turn the draft into a finished post.
The goal is more leads and sales. Content helps people find your business, see what you know, and understand your offer. Sharing it often, in different formats, gives potential customers more chances to find you.
Feed the machine your knowledge. Let it help with the writing and editing. Then review the work before it goes out.
Add a voice note, coaching call, video, or customer question. You can also add saved posts for inspiration.
Choose what to make from that source: clips, scripts, carousels, or written posts. The machine creates a batch for you to review.
Record any new scripts, review the content, and request changes. Approve what you want to publish, then repeat with your next source.
10–80–10 describes the division of responsibilities, not a measured time-saving guarantee. Your input, recording, and review needs vary.
Choose what you want to talk about, or let the machine pull ideas from your weekly calls and saved content. You can direct each step or set up imports and production workflows to reduce the daily work. You choose the publishing rules.
A coaching call might answer five questions your next customer is asking. Use it for clips, scripts, carousels, and posts instead of recording every idea again. Choose the formats and number of pieces you want.

Use one workspace to plan your content, create it, give feedback, and prepare it to publish.
Turn raw talking-head footage into a cut with your pacing, captions, and editing preferences. Review it on its content card.
Watch a real before & after ↗Talk through an idea and get hooks, short video scripts, and YouTube outlines. Spend less time staring at a blank page.
Use questions and ideas from your calls. Connect supported sources for automatic imports, or upload recordings and transcripts yourself.
Turn a long video into shorts, scripts, carousels, and posts. Get more use from the time you spent recording it.
Choose a carousel template and edit your slides. Use your fonts, colors, and style, or work with Canva through export and upload.
Try new hooks on existing footage and prepare reels for trial posting. Review each version before deciding what to use again.
Share approved content across supported social accounts. Reach people on different platforms without uploading each post from scratch.
Choose the accounts and supported scheduling options. Publish through your connected tools, or download the content and post it yourself.
Turn the same ideas into emails, LinkedIn posts, Threads, X posts, and community updates, using your saved brand information.
See what needs recording, what’s being edited, and what’s ready to post. Keep files and feedback with each piece of content.
Save your voice, offer, audience, and examples so you don’t have to explain your business every time you ask for content.
Save ideas and finished work, record results, and find content to use again. Keep building on what you’ve already made.
Connections need setup. Supported publishing uses services such as Blotato, which may cost extra; emails and community posts can be copied to your own tools. Screens show Steph’s workspace; the newest features are rolling out across founding workspaces.
You don’t need to get every sentence right on the first take.
Upload your recording and tell the editor how you want it to look. It works through the footage, cuts the video, and adds captions. Watch the result and leave a note if you want changes.

Your brand information and preferences stay in the workspace. If a team member leaves, you still have the instructions and examples you worked to build.
I knew I needed more people to find my business. I wanted to create content without paying thousands every month or training another editor. So I built this for myself. I wasn’t planning to sell it, but when I showed other founders, they said they wanted it too.

“I’ve been trying to be consistent with content for years and this was an absolute game changer.”
“We literally just drop the raw footage and it pumps out tons of videos ready to post.”
These reviews describe customers’ experience with the content system and editor, before this SaaS cohort.
“Instead of spending hours editing and repurposing content, I can focus on strategy.”
Each week, Miranda interviews Lee-Anne for 60–90 minutes. The Podguest.io team turns that recording into content for Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Miranda plans the topics with the Podguest.io team in ClickUp. After recording, she uploads the footage and uses the transcript to map out the content. The editor helps create the different video formats, hooks, captions, and pacing.
After about six weeks of use and refinement, she reported creating around 10–12 usable video assets a day from a single content source. That is the Podguest.io team’s reported output, including their own planning and review work.
“The editor handles the production side, which allows me to focus on the higher-level creative decisions.”
She still prefers to make covers and thumbnails herself. The system supports the parts of the work she wants help with.

You choose the formats and quantities. A substantial call or video can support a bigger batch than a short voice note. There is no fixed “one in, 24 out” guarantee: source quality, length, requested formats, and your review determine what’s useful.
No. Feed the machine original ideas, or use the material already in your calls, transcripts, and weekly work. Connected imports must be set up and enabled. Your context gives the AI something specific to work with.
Yes. Choose the source, the outputs, the style, and the feedback. Or configure more of the intake and production workflow to run with less day-to-day handling. You still provide direction and decide the publishing rules.
Publishing depends on supported formats, connected accounts, and services such as Blotato. You can use supported scheduling or export and publish yourself. Email and community drafts can be copied into your own tools. Creating or editing a draft does not itself publish it.
